1. Flexibility. Working in collaboration with other Wilde and Partners companies and their inhouse teams of engineers and designers we can assist you on assignments of any duration whether for a morning, a week or longer.
2. Full or part time. Personnel can be provided on either basis but the commitment is the same providing you with complete flexibility.
3. Replacement staff assures continuity of resource, should the personnel require leave for holidays or sickness. protecting your project plan.
4. Retained technical knowledge. When the secondment ends, knowledge of the project is not lost as it is retained in-house for you to call on at a later date.
5. Retained experience, which has been gained on your procedures, is also retained reducing lead-in time on your future projects.
6. Expertise. You will have access to the pool of knowledge and experience within Wilde & Partners through the seconded personnel.
7. Computer systems. You have access to the latest computer hardware and software for the analysis, design and detailing of projects.
8. Technical library. Through the seconded personnel you have access to an extensive library with the latest codes, and specifications.
9. Office backup. Full office facilities are available to you including administration, secretarial printing and plotting.
10. Quality assurance. You have the option to use our Q A system for your project.
