SENIOR ENGINEER (Oil & GAS) Manchester To undertake any of the following tasks either independently or under the supervision of a suitably qualified and experienced Principal Engineer, Chief Engineer or Project Manager. Suitable candidates will have 7 - 10 years experience and probably have a Mechanical background. It will be essential that you have experience of working with HIGH PRESSURE GAS PIPIELINES and an understanding of the legislation and regulations that go with this industry. Other key elements to this role will include: - • Preparation of strategic studies • Determine capture and analysis Client scope of requirements • Preparation of scopes of work • Preparation of techno - economic and pre-feasibility studies • Preparation of feasibility and conceptual design studies • Preparation of plant and equipment design specifications • Preparation of invitation to tender documentation • Carry out tender technical evaluation • Carry out Contractor supervision in UK and abroad on occasion • Provide technical support to clients in an area of relevant technical expertise • Witnessing of contractor`s tests • Overall contract, technical or programme responsibility • Supervision of junior staff • Other relevant and related tasks as appropriate and directed For further information please contact Neil Beckley on 0161 474 6868 or email at nbeckley@wildejobs.co.uk
