•Power Station Manager The Power Station Manager will oversee the Operations and Maintenance of a 400MW power station consisting of two coal fired units (with circulating fluidised bed boilers and steam turbines) and three gas turbine units. We are looking for a candidate accustomed to working in remote locations, with the necessary cultural sensitivity and language skills to aid the power station operations in integrating seamlessly into the other French speaking operations at the site (adjacent mineral processing and materials handling facilities that will rely on the power station to provide power). Applicants should have extensive experience in power plant operations and maintenance, with experience managing large contracts and customer relationships. Experience in coal fired facilities is essential, with particular experience in circulating fluidised bed boilers highly desired. Other qualities sought from applicants include a proactive attitude towards safety, quality and environmental management, along with entrepreneurial skills and a desire to build an established team for the long term operation of the facility. •Operations Supervisor The Operations Supervisor will oversee the Operations of a 400MW power station consisting of two coal fired units (with circulating fluidised bed boilers and steam turbines) and three gas turbine units. We are looking for a candidate accustomed to working in remote locations, with the necessary cultural sensitivity and language skills to build a core crew of local French speaking power plant operators (in preference to using expatriates for these roles). Applicants should have extensive experience in power plant operations. Experience in coal fired facilities is essential, with particular experience in circulating fluidised bed boilers highly desired. Other qualities sought from applicants include a proactive attitude towards safety, quality and environmental management, along with the ability to train and nurture new recruits as part of our ongoing efforts to build an established team for the long term operation of the facility. •Asset Engineer The Asset Engineer will oversee the asset planning and Maintenance of a 400MW power station consisting of two coal fired units (with circulating fluidised bed boilers and steam turbines) and three gas turbine units. We are looking for a candidate accustomed to working in remote locations, with the necessary cultural sensitivity and language skills to build a core crew of local French speaking power plant maintainers (in preference to using expatriates for these roles). Applicants should have extensive experience in power plant maintenance. Experience in coal fired facilities is essential, with particular experience in circulating fluidised bed boilers highly desired. We are looking for a candidate accustomed to working in remote locations, with the necessary cultural sensitivity and language skills to train the local recruits as plant operators. Applicants should have extensive experience in power plant operations. We are looking for a candidate accustomed to working in remote locations, with the necessary cultural sensitivity and language skills to build a core crew of local French speaking power plant maintainers (in preference to using expatriates for these roles). Degree qualifications in Electrical Engineering are essential for this position. Applicants should have extensive experience in maintenance of power plant electrical systems. Experience in coal fired facilities is essential, with particular experience in circulating fluidised bed boilers highly desired. Other qualities sought from applicants include a proactive attitude towards safety, quality and environmental management, along with the ability to train and nurture new recruits as part of our ongoing efforts to build an established team for the long term maintenance of the facility. •Senior Mechanical Engineer The Senior Mechanical Engineer will oversee the asset planning and Maintenance of the boiler and balance of plant systems for a 400MW power station consisting of two coal fired units (with circulating fluidised bed boilers and steam turbines) and three gas turbine units. We are looking for a candidate accustomed to working in remote locations, with the necessary cultural sensitivity and language skills to build a core crew of local French speaking power plant maintainers (in preference to using expatriates for these roles). Degree qualifications in Mechanical Engineering are essential for this position.
