ROLE: Senior Planning Engineer - Staff CLIENT: Our client is a leading EPC with significant project exposure across the petrochemical, hydrocarbons and power sectors. JOB DESCRIPTION: To assist further plans for growth we are looking to appoint an experienced Planning Engineer with experience in all project phases from pre-design through to commissioning. Ideally should have core experience in major Petrochemical, Refinery and/or onshore Oil and Gas projects. The successful candidate will be tasked with the following responsibilities: § Preparation and planning of work schedules and work assessments throughout the EPC process - through FEED, Detailed design and Construction § Scheduling management for projects and programs including preparation of schedule reports for projects and/or programs. Other duties may be assigned. § Coordinate with all project disciplines and third party sub contractors and 3rd parties where appropriate. § Must have substantial experience of Primavera (ideally P6) and taking responsibility for the integrated planning across all disciplines from proposal to execution, tracking progress and identifying and managing critical path activities. § Ability to travel would be an advantage
