Site Managers / Site Agents / Site Supervisors - Permanent staff Locations - North West / Midlands / South West Salary - £30 - 38,000 Our Client`s Manchester is a major civil engineering contractor with a national framework contract with Network Rail. They are currently seeking to strengthen their construction team by appointing Site Managers and Site Agents. You must have civil and building construction experience, minimum HNC qualified with PTS and CSCS Site Manager`s card, ideally IOSH qualified. Projects scopes include new build, refurbishment and rebuilding of rail stations including: Installation of roof accesses Construction of new platform and canopies; of new rail depots Bridge demolition and replacement Track re-alignment Refurbishment of station offices, facilities including structure assessments Building overhead lines Site Managers will be responsible for project managing various schemes, values ranging from £1.0m - 5.0m; Site Agents will manage individual projects including managing site team.
