Senior Bridge Engineer - South Wales
£30,000 - £45,000
My Clients are manufacturers who specialize in the fabrication and erection of steelwork for bridges, wind turbine towers and other heavy steel structures in the UK and Ireland.
They are currently seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer to join their team in South Wales.
You need to have technical experience of the construction of steel bridges and experience of the computer analysis of bridge decks, preferred. Chartered member of the ICE or IStructE with recent and significant experience of design and construction of steel bridges with previous experience of working in a permanent or temporary works design office.
You will be reporting to an Engineering Director, managing and participating in the design of temporary works and the preparation of erection schemes.
My Client has ambitious plans of further expansion into the renewable markets (wind turbines). They have long history in manufacturing and installing innovative steel bridges, using the latest manufacturing facilities with continuous investment in engineering, technology and skills to develop new and existing products and services and to ensure they remain at the forefront of its industry.
