Rail Site Agent - NR Framework Projects (Major and Minor Works)
North West region, based in Manchester
£35,000 - £40,000
We are seeking for a Main Contractor a Site Agent who has worked upon both civil and building projects, preferably within the rail industry. You will lead successful project delivery;
Develop positive relationships with all parties and ensure timely delivery of projects to agreed quality ensuring that client expectations are exceeded.
You need to meet the following criteria to be considered:
Civil Engineering and/or Building Degree/HNC Qualified to degree level
Previous work experience with a Contractor and preferably a Major Contractor
Building and Civil Engineering experience is essential along with experience of Design & Build projects
Experience of Rail would also be a distinct advantage but is not essential.
IT Literate, particularly MS Word and MS Excel

CSCS Requirements: Site Manager
Five Day Site Managers Safety Training Scheme or acceptable alternative (eg
NEBOSH General Certificate)
PTS Certificate
