LEAD CIVIL ENGINEER Libya/Tripoli Ideally you will have experience Hydrocarbons as this is a Gas Plant 15 years experience in detailed engineering also experienced for conceptual design and FEED studies 6-days work week, 10-hours daily (10 week on 2 week off rotation) Free food, accommodation, air tickets, medical cover, life insurance & paid holidays Lead civil engineering team for preparing and producing civil/structural engineering deliverables for projects. Contribute to the design of engineering solutions and produce detailed designs and specifications. Prepare deliverables to meet specific project requirements including: Project Evaluation Stage: analysis of alternatives, feasibility study. Work on conceptual design: Collection & Analysis of project Input Data, Selection of the Plant Project Solution to be further developed, Cost Estimation Work on FEED Design: Collection of information & facts to consider for the plot plan development, production of civil engineering general documents, drawings, and MTOs, Cost Estimation Work on ITB Documents & Contract Particulars: Preparation of SOW and Civil Engineering Input for ITB documents. Evaluation of Bids. Participation in the Appointment of Contractor. Work on Detailed Civil Engineering Design: Collection /review of Vendor Data, production of detailed civil engineering drawings and Schedules, Calculations, Bills of Quantities, Material Requisitions. Project construction stage: supervision during construction. Project delivery stage: participation in the commissioning of civil engineering works. Meet clients technical & engineering specifications Create designs to fully integrate with other disciplines. Assist in the training and development of suitable Libyan staff engineers to progress their development towards becoming lead engineering staff within the Company.
