Commercial Manager Client - Our client is a major civil engineering contractor with extensive activities across the UK construction and contracting markets. We are currently looking to recruit a RICS accredited Commercial Manager with experience of nuclear de-commissioning to work in a role to be based out of a project office in Warrington in the North West UK. Responsibilities The successful candidate will be tasked with the following activity: • Provide leadership and day to day management to the commercial team • Ensure all commercial team members have clear roles, responsibilities, accountability and authority levels • Ensure there are adequate resources within the commercial team to meet the needs of the project. • Completion of monthly reports to the Project Manager • Collaborate with all departments and assist them in hitting key delivery targets • Ensure robust subcontract financial management systems are in place • Provide accurate reporting / forecasting in relation to costs & value • Management of risk and opportunity Requirements: • Proven track record in commercial management on complex multi-disciplinary, multi party contracts • Nuclear de-commissioning experience • MRICS • P4/P1 pass holder
