Our client is major player within the global power generation sector and due to continued growth we ar looking to appoint a senior professional to the post of Tender & Capture Director. The role is vital to the continued success of the Heat Exchange Division of the business and the post holder will be tasked with the following responsibilities: * Achieving sales for heat exchange equipment and components in line with the overall business strategy and targets * Managing an international sales team * Establishing a sales strategy and `project capture plan` * Effective business development and customer management * Supervision and execution of bids and tenders * Successful handover of successful tenders and business into project execution teams The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role or in a power related position selling mechanical equipment and have a relevant engineering degree. Applicants must be multi lingual and fully conversant in English, German and French and be open to global travel on a frequent basis.
